The Republic of Belarus has requested loan financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of the Biomass District Heating Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for "Construction of a Block-Modular Domestic Fuel Fired Boiler House on the Territory of Boiler House No.1 in 109 Sovetskaya Str. in the City of Kobryn" BDHP/ICB/18/01. The RUE «Belinvestenergosberezhenie» now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for "Construction of a Block-Modular Domestic Fuel Fired Boiler House on the Territory of Boiler House No.1 in 109 Sovetskaya Str. in the City of Kobryn" BDHP/ICB/18/01. The assignment includes: design works, manufacturing, testing, delivery, installation, completion and commissioning of the Facilities and fulfillment of Guarantee obligations.
