Vinnitsa District Heating Project

Emergency and energy efficiency measures for the District heating services in the City increasing comfort for people and quality of services to consumers. The project decreases the use of energy, in particular gas, decreases emissions of CO2, other harmful substances, water savings and improves the overall services of VMTE.

The goals are to:

1. Reduce fuel utilisation and thereby reduce losses by investing in modern technology,
2. Adaptation of metering, introduction of demand side management measures changing consumption behaviour
