Transition to Sustainable Energy for the Heating System in the City of Hola Prystan

This project aims at reducing the amount of energy use in public buildings through energy efficiency measurein Hola Prystan. This money will also be used towards reducing CO2 emissions by implementing an economically rational model of sustainable energy development for urban heating, following the example of the thermal area.
