Grant agreement (Chernobyl Fund "Shelter": Insurance Project) between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as the Fund grant provided Chernobyl Fund "Shelter" and the National Nuclear Energy Generating Company "Energoatom" on Nov 6, 1998

The project consists of creating and implementing insurance programs for non-nuclear liability Implementation Plan for the "Shelter", which applies to all works, goods and services financed with grants; and the responsibility of the Manager (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), the recipient (State Specialized Enterprise "Chernobyl") and third parties who provide goods, works and services financed with Grant, according to the insurance proposal acceptable to the manager.
