Trans-Oil

The Trans-Oil group of companies (“T-O”), a leading integrated agro-industrial group focused on grain origination trading and oilseed crushing in Moldova, is seeking financing to support (i) its capital expenditure program, including capacity expansion, energy efficiency investments and environmental upgrades; (ii) its acquisition of five additional elevators and an 87% stake in Moldova’s leading oilseed processor, Floarea Soarelui (“FS”, and together with T-O, the “Group”); and (iii) refinancing of short term debt to strengthen its capital structure (collectively, the “Project”).
