Support to the national nuclear energy generating company ''energoatom'' in the preparation of a loan request for the upgrade package project

Ukraine's National Nuclear Energy Generating Company (NNEGC) Energoatom intends to undertake a major project to further enhance the safety of their nuclear power plants. The 'Upgrade Package' project has an estimated cost of more than €1000 million. Energoatom intends to apply for a loan from EBRD/Euratom to co-finance this project.
The services to be provided under this contract are to assist NNEGC Energoatom with the preparation of the official and complete loan request for submission to the potential lenders.
