The overall objective of the requested consultancy services is to conduct, within the framework of the “Moldova Energy and Biomass” Project, a research/survey regarding feasibility and sustainability of setting up a briquetting plant. The possibility of establishing a public private partnership (PPP) will be analyzed. The conclusions and recommendations of the assignment should provide sufficient ground for the project team in identifying the most suitable rayon/location for piloting such a production facility.
