Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Programme 2014-17

The programme “Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Programme” (REEEP) is funded under  the Danish Neighbourhood Programme with an overall budget of DKK 40 million and consists of three components: 1) An “authority-to-authority” cooperation between the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry (MoECI) and the Danish Energy Agency (DEA) on energy planning methodologies and approaches carried out under the framework of a “Ukraine-Denmark Energy Centre” (UDEC); 2) Neighbourhood Energy Facility (NEF), grant finance instrument managed by IFU and 3) Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership Regional Fund (E5P RF), a grant facility managed by EBRD.
