Modernization of street lighting in town of Mena

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to meeting the Covenant of Mayors target of reducing CO2 emissions by 20% by 2020. The project specific objectives are to reduce electricity consumption and save energy for public street lighting, to reduce the costs of operations and maintenance for public street lighting, to improve traffic safety and public security.
