Green City Framework: Chisinau buildings
The project, which targets energy efficiency in buildings owned by the city of Chisinau, aims to demonstrate the commercial viability of energy efficiency projects to be carried out through energy performance contracts. The objective is to improve energy efficiency of buildings owned by the city.
