COMO-EAST project

Objective: to encourage and support local authorities in beneficiary countries to achieve and implement a more sustainable local energy policy via signing up to the Covenant of Mayors, preparing and implementing SEAPs. Principal missions: Promotion of the Covenant Eastwards, Capacity building and training in support of the implementation of the Covenant of Mayors in the region, Helpdesk function and support to the implementation of cities proposals, Support to donors’ coordination for SEAP’s sector-wide approach (in particular, financing SEAP investments).
